Cherubic Ventures is looking for a passionate research analyst to join our crypto investment team. As a crypto research analyst, your work will be wide-ranging and hands on, and will require you to play in many different crypto arenas. You will be meeting with teams, conducting analysis & market research and writing investment memos. This is an opportunity to work with some of the best early-stage teams in the industry and master your research & writing skills. We welcome people with a strong understanding of blockchain and the financial industry to roll up their sleeves and support our founders.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze investment opportunities to help make investment decisions for the investment team
- Conduct market research, review crypto projects, and create research memo to help formulate insights for Cherubic’s blockchain portfolio companies.
- Keep track of crypto market trends and provide support for Cherubic’s blockchain portfolio companies.
- Experiment with the latest blockchain applications and technologies.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role, preferably obtained in a successful internet/tech startup, management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
- Passionate about the blockchain industry.
- Thorough understanding of financial analysis and investment strategy
- Fluent in English
- Excellent research and writing abilities
- Highly self-driven, responsible, fast and proactive team player.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Strong mathematical and numerical skills is a plus
- Knowledge in on-chain data analytics is a plus (Dune analytics, Nansen.ai)
